Melanated Rose is a wellness movement for the entire Melanated community, rooted in legacy, self-love, and empowerment — with transformative products and sacred rituals designed especially for us — the ones ready to reclaim our beauty, our power, and our story.

Why We Exist

Founder Jah Khyle Howard, a survivor of both medical neglect and mental disconnection, began this journey after a near-death experience triggered by medication prescribed for diabetes. That moment in the ICU was more than physical; it was spiritual. It exposed a painful truth: the Melanated community is suffering from systems not designed for our survival - let alone our healing or beauty.

But out of pain came purpose.
Out of reflection came revolution.

Jah asked a sacred question in the mirror:

“Why don’t I love what I see?”
And then began the journey of answering it with soul, with spirit, and with strategy.

Who We Are

We are not "Black."
We are Melanated - defined not by color, but by biology, brilliance, and divine design.
We are of the African Diaspora, but our vibration is universal.
We honor our ancestors, but we are here to build something new.

This isn’t about pride - it’s about remembrance.
It’s about breaking chains of historical trauma and stepping into a revolutionary new era of love, healing, and abundance.

We don’t need permission to shine.
We are the light.
